General Conditions of Sale
1. Company identification
Vineaterra is a SASU registered with the Libourne Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number: [to be completed]. Registered office: 2 Route de Viaud - 33500 Lalande de Pomerol. Share capital: 7,000 euros. Email: vineaterra.cc@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of services marketed by Vineaterra on the website www.vineaterra.com, including getaways, themed days, gift cards and any tailor-made offers.
3. Description of services
Services are presented in the form of packages or themed days that include various services: tours, tastings, meals, accommodation, treatments, etc. Each offer is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The content of the offer is described on the corresponding product page.
4. Order and payment
Booking and payment are made online via the Shopify platform. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card. The customer receives an order confirmation by email with a summary and proof of payment. An automatic invoice is issued to the billing address provided when ordering. If the billing address differs from the contact or participant address, it must be specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.
5. Modification and cancellation
Services are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, the date can be changed once, up to 14 days before the originally scheduled date. To request a date change, the client must send an email to vineaterra.cc@gmail.com indicating: the order number, the name used when booking, the originally scheduled date, and at least two new date proposals. Any incomplete or late request will not be considered.
6. Gift cards
Vineaterra gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are created manually and sent by email within a maximum of 48 hours after ordering. The gift code can be used multiple times within its validity period. Gift cards are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party. No extensions will be granted unless a reservation date has already been set with Vineaterra. Once a reservation date has been set with Vineaterra, the same modification conditions apply as for any standard service. The date can be changed only once, no later than 14 days before the scheduled date.
7. Insurance and liability
Vineaterra has professional liability insurance covering its activities. Services are provided exclusively by carefully selected external partners, all of whom are registered and insured. In the event of cancellation by a service provider for reasons beyond Vineaterra's control, an equivalent replacement service will be offered.
8. Personal data
Vineaterra collects personal data necessary for order processing and customer service. This data may also be used for information and sales prospecting purposes via email marketing tools such as Sendinblue. The data is retained for a period of three years. In accordance with the GDPR, each customer may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their data by simply sending a request to vineaterra.cc@gmail.com.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the customer may contact the consumer mediator CNPM - Médiation de la Consommation, which can be reached at www.cnpm-mediation.org. The competent court is the Commercial Court of Libourne, 36 Rue Thiers, 33500 Libourne.
10. Safeguard clause
If any clause of the T&Cs is deemed null or unenforceable, the other clauses remain valid.
11. Update
The T&Cs may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the order date.
