Cancellation Policy

At Vineaterra, every moment is carefully prepared in collaboration with passionate local partners. To ensure the quality of every experience, we apply a clear and firm cancellation policy.

1. No right of cancellation after purchase

All orders (day or getaway) are firm and final. Once the service has been purchased, no cancellation or refund is possible, unless otherwise provided by law. The customer is fully committed to the service upon validation of their order. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period. All orders for a day or getaway are therefore firm and final.

2. Postponement of date

A date change is possible only once, provided it is requested by email to vineaterra.cc@gmail.com no later than 14 days before the scheduled date. The customer must include the order number, the name used when booking, the original date, and propose two new rescheduled dates. Any late or incomplete request will not be accepted.

3. In case of no-show

If the client fails to show up on the scheduled date, the service will be considered complete. No postponement, credit note, or refund will be granted.

4. Gift cards

Gift cards follow the same rules as traditional services. Once a date is set, a rescheduling is possible up to 14 days before. After this period, the service is due. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, it is considered expired and unusable.

5. Cancellation by a partner

In the event of exceptional unavailability of a partner (winemaker, masseur, etc.), Vineaterra will offer an equivalent replacement service. If no replacement is available, a credit note valid for all Vineaterra services will be issued.

6. Contact

For any requests related to a date change or an inability to participate, please write to vineaterra.cc@gmail.com with your contact information and order number. We promise to process each request carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.
